WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: MUTANT MAYHEM EXPERIENCE?
Explore the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' underground lair and witness first-hand what life is like within the turtles' secret sanctuary. This interactive experience will see fans of all ages train alongside their favourite heores, refining their ninja power with Raph, cruising alongside Leo, savouring delectable treats with Mikey, and putting their skills to the test with Donnie.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?
The experience is designed to last up to 30 minutes, depending on how quickly you'd like to move through the space.

This is a FREE family-friendly event.
HOW DO I MAKE EDITS TO MY BOOKING?
You can cancel or edit your booking via the link in your confirmation email. Please note; spaces are limited and sessions may not be available at the time of change. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your booking so others can enjoy the experience.
IS THE EXPERIENCE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
This is a free family-friendly experience, designed and recommended for children aged 4-12 years of age. We do everything we can to ensure an amazing experience for all our guests, with safety being our number one priority.
All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents/Guardians are responsible for all children entering the experience.
Please be aware that there will be bright lights and loud noises.
CAN WE BOOK TICKETS AS A FAMILY?
Yes. Up to 5 tickets can be booked for a session. If you require more tickets, you can create a second booking.
DO I NEED MY ID TO ENTER THE EXPERIENCE?
If you are a parent or guardian accompanying children, you may be required to provide ID upon entry, along with your booking QR code.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY SESSION?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your designated booking time. Guests will enter the experience in 30-minute intervals, so wait times may vary, even with a confirmed booking.
IF I MISS MY BOOKED SESSION TIME, OR ARRIVE LATE, CAN I STILL ENTER THE EXPERIENCE?
Guests who arrive after their booked session has commenced will be encouraged to join the standby line. However, there is no guarantee of admission.
HOW DOES THE STANDBY LINE WORK?
The standby line is run off a first come, first served basis to allow guests who have not pre-booked a session the opportunity to enter the experience. If the experience reaches capacity, we may need to close the standby line. Priority will be given to guests who have pre-booked. to avoid dissapointment book a session.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
We reccomend public transport as the experience is located next to the Central Food Market within the Central Grand Concourse at Sydney's Central Railway Station.
IS THE EXPERIENCE ACCESSIBLE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH MOBILITY CHALLENGES OR WHEELCHAIR USERS?
Everyone is welcome to enjoy the experience. The space is partly accessible and we will guide guests to enter from an alternate location. Please make staff aware of your individual requirements when you arrive.
ARE THERE ANY CLOAKROOM FACILITIES?
No. We suggest you pack lighly wherever possible.
WILL STROLLERS BE ALLOWED IN THE EXPERIENCE?
No, strollers/prams will not be allowed inside the experience. Limited unsecured stroller/pram parking will be available in an allocated location outside the entrance. Please note Paramount/The Organisers are not responsible for any items left unattended within this area.
WILL I BE FILMED/PHOTOGRAPHED?
There may be cameras at the experience filming offical content for our TV channel, website and social media. By attending the event you agree to be filmed as a part of, or in the background of the experience.
